Well, I was expecting bad news but got good news, apparently nothing bad with eyes just old. Doctor Nguyen was very good and gave very detailed explanation. All the staff here are great.

I was referred to this office by an ER physician from Methodist Mansfield after experiencing vision loss. By the time I arrived, this was the third eye clinic I had visited within one week, so honestly, I wasn’t expecting to leave with any more answers than I already had. But God had other plans. 🙏🏽 The Lord blessed me by placing me in the professional and compassionate hands of Dr. Jenny Nguyen. She took her time with me and seemingly performed every test their office had available to determine what was happening with my vision. She was incredibly thorough, patient, kind, and professional. I believe I spent nearly two hours with her, and at no point did I feel rushed or dismissed. My diagnosis was shocking, but for the first time, I finally had the answers I desperately needed. Dr. Nguyen did not simply give me a diagnosis and send me on my way. She immediately directed me back to the ER and provided me with a typed note explaining exactly what needed to be done for me. That level of care, advocacy, and attention meant more to me than I can adequately express. Sometimes I believe God sends us physicians disguised as angels, and that day, Dr. Jenny Nguyen was mine. ❤️ I am forever grateful that my path led me to her. Dr. Nguyen, thank you for listening to me, taking my symptoms seriously, being so meticulous with my care, and helping me finally get the medical attention I needed.
