We have been seeing Dr. Prapta for years and have always been impressed with him professionally and consider him a friend. He remembers things about our family and is just an amazing doctor. He interacts well with his staff. Additionally, we met Tina to help us with the purchase of frames/lenses. After the first visit with her 6-7 years ago we knew we would ONLY schedule our exams after confirming that she would be there as well. She is knowledgeable, helps us find the best shape frames and is considerate of our budget. I also noticed how so many other customers ask for her and she is always aware of what is going on in her area. It is apparent she is knows her stuff and is a leader. Another great attribute is she is just fun and makes our time there really enjoyable. There was a time when we would have our exams at the Midlothian location because we wanted to see Dr.Prapta but we would drive to the Mansfield location so we could have Tina help us with frames and lenses. TSO Mansfield is top notch and they make sure the customer is satisfied.
