I’ve been struggling to get the just-right prescription and they’ve been AMAZING! They never, EVER make you feel like they’re out of time or in a hurry and that your sight is really important. Spent a good 45 minutes with Brittany while she ensured the lenses I was wearing were just right for me, and they’re exceptionally polite and friendly. Well done!

I needed to get my eyes checked and wanted a place that would do kids as well. My 11yr old daughter needed hers checked. I was so impressed with TSO! We ended up with Dr. Jenny Nguyen and she was literally the sweetest and super knowledgeable. She made us both feel very comfortable. The staff was also great! I will definitely go back for all our eye care needs.

TSO Mansfield is the best there is. Dr. Masters is phenomenal and so are the other doctors in the office! Staff is very friendly and the appointment is always quick. Would highly recommend this location.

The entire staff was incredibly nice. From the front desk explaining everything so easily and quickly, to the preliminary doctor consultant doing an incredible job of making me feel comfortable, to Dr. Masters for being easy to talk to and helping me understand my eyes. Could not recommend them more if you are looking for a place that treats you as if you have already been there 1000 times.

1st time here to TSO in Mansfield. Loved how easy it was to schedule my appointment, the staff and Dr. Masters were amazing! Super quick and made sure I was happy with my frames and lenses after getting my prescription. Amazing job! Highly recommend them!

Dr.Masters is great! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.  Claudia helped us with glasses and she was awesome! Johnathan did the check in process and testing. He explained everything to my daughter as he went and was very personable.

Everyone from the receptionist,the young man that did some test and documented my medical history to Dr. Masters all were very attentive. The first time anyone explained to me about my floaters. Dr. Masters is the best! Listens to every concern and has such a fun personality!! Definitely great in all aspects of patient care :) and the staff here are so helpful and kind!

First time going to TSO in Mansfield as we recently moved to the area. It was very clean, the staff was exceptional, and Dr. Masters was great. I would highly recommend this Optometrist.
